It is hereby agreed that the Art Society Of Trinidad and Tobago is Authorised to display and/or sell the works submitted via this webpage as a part of the society’s exhibition and it is recognised that in this context the copyright in these works is assigned to the society for the purpose of documenting and promoting this exhibition; It is further accepted that a commission of 25% of the selling price will be withheld by the society from all sales proceeds.
All unsold work must be retrieved from the ASTT on or before the pre-arranged dates between the hours og 10 AM and 5 PM. The society will accept no responsibility for work after this date and time.
Any uncollected work, after the specified dates, will incur a charge of $75 per day and will not be covered by insurance.
