Exhibition Consignment Agreement
November 2015 Exhibition
It is hereby agreed that the Art Society Of Trinidad and Tobago is Authorised to display and/or sell the works submitted via this webpage as a part of the society’s exhibition and it is recognised that in this context the copyright in these works is assigned to the society for the purpose of documenting and promoting this exhibition; It is further accepted that a commission of 25% of the selling price will be withheld by the society from all sales proceeds.
All unsold work must be retrieved from the ASTT on or before the pre-arranged dates between the hours og 10 AM and 5 PM. The society will accept no responsibility for work after this date and time
Submission fee is $80.00 per art work
Submission fee is non-refundable
Image Rights
“The ASTT needs you to verify that the image you provided is not copyrighted to the photographer that took the image of your artwork, if this is the case you the artist would have to get permission from the photographer before submitting the image to the ASTT for use in the online gallery or the image will not be used. If you photographed your artwork yourself then permission is not required. ”
