David Moore was born in Woodbrook, Trinidad. He came from an artistic family and drew and painting from childhood.
He was especially intrigued with the then form of transportation: the trolleys which took him everyday from home to school and back he made numerous drawings, paintings and even models of the trams.
David is essentially a self taught artist and began documenting what he saw around him from an early age. He became a very popular artist in his country and his paintings were sought after.
He moved to the United States and held several exhibitions in the USA and Canada.
