1st Vice President
Robert Ramkissoon was born in central Trinidad and has worked in the energy sector and nearly 20 years in the printing industry; fascinated with photography ever since he got his first camera at 16.
Robert is a self-taught photographer and digital art designer whose interests lie in nature and macro photography as it captures insights and beauty our world normally taken for granted. “The camera helps to capture space and time which cannot be repeated and try to capture the spirit of my subject showing the vibrant colours and character; this is strongly evident my photography”.
A member- and current 1st Vice President of the Art Society of Trinidad and Tobago (ASTT)- he has exhibited at their members exhibitions since May 2012 and in September 2014 had his first photography exhibition. Works include the catalogue layout for the 2014 “Masters” exhibition, the photography of artwork, layout of banners, invitations, fliers and catalogues for Clayton De Freitas’s 2014 exhibition, ASTT Art Markets and ASTT Member’s Exhibitions.
