San Pedro, Gran Couva (Landscape Painting) Saturday 4th April, 200910am-2pm
Report and photos by Peter Sheppard Karen De Verteuil welcomed over a dozen member artists to her home in
San Pedro Estate for a morning of painting. Peter Sheppard promoted this event and says their was a very enthusiastic response.
From as early as 9am, artists started arriving on a postcard-perfect morning in the Central Range. The 12+ artists spread out all over the grounds finding a subject of interest and began painting.
Some were able to complete more than one painting during the 4 hour run, whilst others worked on details which they would elaborate on later.
Another Plein Air Field Trip and Life Drawing Studio is being finalised now as part of our May schedule.
